About this range
Flexible 95A. Firm enough to print reliably, soft enough to be obviously rubbery.
TPU at 95A shore hardness is the general-purpose flexible: gaskets and seals, phone and tool cases, vibration-damping feet, grips, and small wheels or tyres. It is also extremely abrasion-resistant and effectively unbreakable — it deforms rather than shattering.
Print it slowly. 20 mm/s solves most TPU problems on its own; push the speed and the filament buckles between the drive gear and the nozzle instead of being pushed forward. Reduce or disable retraction, and dry the spool if it has been open — TPU absorbs moisture faster than anything else here.
A direct-drive extruder makes this easy. On a Bowden machine it is possible but becomes a project.

TPU 95A
Softer flexible filament at 95A shore hardness — the rubbery, bendy end of the TPU range. For grips, gaskets, phone cases, and anything that needs to flex. Print slowly (20–40mm/s) on a direct-drive extruder.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm ship same day from our UK warehouse. Standard tracked delivery arrives next working day in most of the UK; remote postcodes can take an extra day.
Do you ship outside the UK?
EU shipping is available at checkout. Duties and import VAT are payable on arrival per your country’s rules.
What’s your returns policy?
Spools still in their unbroken vacuum seal can be returned within 28 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price; you pay the return postage. We can’t accept returns of opened or partially-used filament unless it’s faulty — moisture absorption affects print quality and we don’t resell anything we wouldn’t print with ourselves.
