About this range
ABS that survives the weather. The right choice for anything outdoors.
ASA was developed as a UV-stable replacement for ABS, and it is why garden furniture, wing mirrors and outdoor signage survive years of sunlight without going chalky. If a printed part will live outside, this is the material — no other filament we stock will hold up.
Mechanically it is near-identical to ABS: similar heat resistance, similar toughness, drills and taps the same way. Think of it as ABS with the UV weakness removed and a small premium added. It also warps slightly less in practice, which makes large parts a little easier despite the same settings.
It needs the same care as ABS: an enclosure, no part cooling, and a ventilated space. More than any other material here, it punishes a draughty workshop.

How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm ship same day from our UK warehouse. Standard tracked delivery arrives next working day in most of the UK; remote postcodes can take an extra day.
Do you ship outside the UK?
EU shipping is available at checkout. Duties and import VAT are payable on arrival per your country’s rules.
What’s your returns policy?
Spools still in their unbroken vacuum seal can be returned within 28 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price; you pay the return postage. We can’t accept returns of opened or partially-used filament unless it’s faulty — moisture absorption affects print quality and we don’t resell anything we wouldn’t print with ourselves.
